Rum Balls
Ingredients
- 3 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 cup confectioners sugar plus more for coating
- 1 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup dark rum
- 3 tablespoon bourbon or brandy
- 1 cup pecan meal
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Form the mixture into balls the size of walnuts and roll gently in confectioners sugar. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
