Chef Jennifer Hughes' Gingerbread Spiced Pecans
Ingredients
- 2 cup Mammoth Pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 dash Salt
- 3 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Maple Syrup
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, mix all spices together with the brown sugar and syrup.
- Add in pecans and toss to coat.
- Spread pecans out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
