Justin Girouard's Chocolate Covered Pecan Malt with Cinnamon Pecan Straws

Ingredients

  • 5 hearty scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup Cane River Pecan Chocolate Pecans
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate malt powder
  • 6 Cane River Pecan Cinnamon Pecan Straws
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, Cane River Pecan Chocolate Pecans, milk, malt powder, and 2 Cinnamon Pecan Straws. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and top with whipped cream.
  3. Crush 1 Cinnamon Pecan Straw and sprinkle over the whipped cream.
  4. Top with a cherry and serve with the remaining 3 Cinnamon Pecan Straws on the side.
