Ingredients

• 3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
• 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, plus more for coating
• 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp light corn syrup
• 1/3 cup dark rum
• 3 tbsp bourbon or brandy
• 1 cup Cane River Pecan Meal
